The new site can be seen a t http://bookings.rugbycamps.co.uk  and some of the new features are;

- Improved search facilities for customers. They can now search by Club, Post Code and Google Map as well as advanced search options.

- Fully integrated into the rugbycamps site.

- Simple registration and PRA number search.

- Post code finder for speedier checkout.

- Easy to find Discount Coupon field

Administration of the camps has been improved so that;

1. You can now change the index graphic so that you can use different graphics for different types of camps. If you send images that you would like to use, Sotic design team will create a graphic and then upload these for you. When you create a new camp you will now see a drop down box where you can choose "Club Logo"

2. Flexibility in the layout of pages has been improved by providing you with a Text Editor so that you do not need to use HTML to edit spacing and overall layout. You can still add HTML by clicking on "Source"

3. To assist in marketing the camps you can now add photos to your camps. Once you have set up the camps go to View/Edit Camps and then click on "Upload photos to this camp". This will allow you to crop and resize without the need for Photoshop or other software.

4. You can now simply add Coupon codes for marketing purposes. These new links are in the administrative navigation and are self explanatory.

5. View/Edit Settings now allows you to change the email and main contact name for holidays and changes of staff.

6. When a coupon has been used it will show up in the order details so that you are aware of which coupon has been used.
