Sotic upgrade Forums to overcome spamming

Sotic have upgraded their Forum product with a number of new features this month to help reduce the problems of spamming:

These include better challenge and graphical capture prompts for new accounts to reduce robots creating accounts.

There is also a new admin panel for site moderators to approve or ban new members, search for posts and load up new icons.
